Agreement to Pay and Cancellation Policy
1. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment at The Physio Bunker. If you miss your appointment, or cancel or change it with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged the full appointment fee. This policy applies whether or not a courtesy reminder email has been received.
2. All payments are due immediately following your appointment, or upon notification from The Physio Bunker that payment is required (for example, if an ACC claim is declined). Any outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to your next appointment.
3. The following are covered under this Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Private treatment fees or ACC co-payment charges
Any additional charges for services not covered or declined by ACC or another funder
Costs of materials or products provided (e.g. orthotics, rehabilitation equipment, etc.)
4. If debt collection services are required to recover unpaid fees, the client will be responsible for all associated recovery costs, including any legal or court-related expenses.
